Senior Scholarship Guidelines

The Booster Club will be awarding scholarships to graduating seniors who meet the following guidelines:

The applicant’s parent(s) or guardian(s) must be a Booster Club member and are required to have joined no later than April 15th of the current academic year. Multiple years of Booster Club membership will increase the applicant's chances of earning a scholarship.

The applicant must be a varsity athlete during his/her senior year and must have completed his/her senior season in good standing.

The applicant must be continuing their education at a 2 or 4 year accredited college, vocational or technical school, or other accredited post-secondary program, or enlisting in the military, police department, or NYC fire department (if you have not already done so, please notify the guidance department of your decision regarding further education).

The applicant must submit an essay. The essay must be typed and should be between 250 and 500 words in length.

Scholarships will be awarded based on a review of essay content, booster club membership, scholastic performance and athletic participation, leadership and volunteering with the Booster Club
The application form, with the essay attached, must be submitted no later than Friday, May 17th, 2024. Incomplete or late applications will not be accepted.
